  1. TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF NUVEOLIVO.COM

The sale through NUVEOLIVO.COM is limited to the Spanish mainland and the Balearic Islands (However, the cost of this shipment may vary depending on the weight and volume of the package).   1. DELIVERY

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (returns)

The User has the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that the User or a third party indicated by the User, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods. Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal on his part, we will return to the User all the payments received from him, including the delivery costs, with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the choice on his part of a delivery method other than the less expensive mode of ordinary delivery that we offer, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. It is calculated that said cost will not generally exceed the price of the product purchased, although depending on the volume, address from which it is sent and the price of the product, in particular, in the case of products with low prices, the cost of return it could exceed that price.

The User will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

Returns that do not come in its original packaging and with the product in perfect condition will not be accepted, except in cases of defective merchandise.

  1. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The obligations subject to a term that may exist will be suspended in such cases during the entire period during which the force majeure or fortuitous event continues, resuming the computation once said force majeure or fortuitous event disappears.

  1. LIABILITY

NUVEOLIVO.COM will be responsible for the damages caused to the User that are a consequence of the willful breach of the corresponding obligations. Compensation for damages, in the event of non-compliance with any obligations assumed by NUVEOLIVO.COM regarding damages caused by fault or negligence, is limited to the price of the product or the amount of one hundred (100) euros, whichever is greater.

The above limitation of liability will not apply in those cases in which it is not allowed by the applicable legislation, such as cases of damages derived from the lack of conformity of the products or for damages, death or injuries caused to the consumer and user by a action or omission of the employer.
